I ordered this chair for my son December 7th 2023 for Christmas. Here it is March 28th 2024 and the arm busted off. He’s not heavy weighs about 150lbs so it’s not like he’s putting a tremendous amount of weight on the arm.. I’m pretty disappointed considering I could’ve bought a cheaper chair but chose to get this one… So, point of my story if you want a long lasting chair don’t chose this one…

This chair is very economical and mostly works for my needs. Wish there was a little more padding in the seat but the rest of the chair is pretty good. Wheels don't rotate easily for some reason. Would call this a feature if you don't like your chair rolling around while you're sitting in it. There was some very minor damage in shipping but nothing that affects the performance of the chair.

The best thing about this chair is how easy it is to assemble. Everything else sucks!

The seat and backrest wings are too narrow for a thin 22 year old male. 2 months in, it started squeaking when he sat down.

After 4 months, the chair made a sound like something snapped, but we can't find anything nearby. Now it squeaks and loses height sporadically when he sits in it.

The elbow rests are peeling and the cushion is deflated. He doesn't know when that happened.
