Great refurbishment
My Y button had no push when I opened it, but the other buttons did. I don’t know how this wouldn’t be tested before it left the facility, but that’s how it arrived. The button would stick every time I’d push it, making the button unusable. I requested a replacement though, hopefully the same thing doesn’t happen as you’re practically charging the price of a new controller now for something refurbished.Edit: 10/14 - Replacement works perfectly. :)

The 2 controllers we received were disgustingly dirty and one doesn't work properly. There was filth in every little crack. There was no attempt to clean these up for them to give these controllers a "certified refurbished" label. The battery pack would not fully lock in place so any bump makes the controller turn off.
